Who is Fiable?

A wholly Australian-owned technology company helping companies that operate in the built environment better manage vendor delivery risk.

We create reports called Financial Viability Assessments that assess the financial health and corporate ownership structure of an organisation, which assess the delivery risk and capacity of vendors.

We know tendering, re-tendering and contracting can be time-consuming — so we make participating as simple and painless as possible.

Why have you received this request?

Your main contractor/client has engaged Fiable to carry out a Financial Viability Assessment as part of their existing vendor due diligence or procurement process for a specific project.

Completing the assessment helps that main contractor build a clear, consistent picture of their supply chain and supports a more transparent working relationship between you and them.

By taking part, you:

Gain a competitive edge in tenders

When pricing is similar across bidders, demonstrating strong financial health can be the deciding factor — reassuring clients you can delivery comfortably.

Work alongside reliable vendors

Partnering with financially sound businesses reduces the risk of project delays caused by vendor insolvency or performance issues.

Build transparency and trust

Open financial transparency strengthens client relationships. If challenges arise, clients are more likely to work collaboratively to keep the project on track.

What information will you be asked for?

The assessment covers a few key areas of your business: business and structure, projects and funding, and financials and tax. Most of this information might already be part of your regular reporting, so it's simply a matter of pulling it together.

The table below outlines what's usually needed in each category.
