Spring has sprung with this feature release! We’ve been busy behind the scenes, and now it’s your turn to explore what’s new! From smoother workflows to sharper insights, these updates are designed to make your assessment process easier, quicker and more organised. Let's jump in.

Guided Order Process: easier way to place requests

What's new: The way you place assessment requests in Fiable has been improved!

We know it’s a busy time in construction and we’ve continued to see a spike in requests through the platform. So to make things a lot easier, we’ve created a new guided ordering process in the platform. If you’re unsure of which evaluation to request, we now clarify the purpose of each one and guide you through each option. Just select what you need it for, and we’ll do the rest.

All new orders are now placed directly from the Assessments page.‍

What it means for you: This change makes ordering assessments more intuitive and efficient. By consolidating the request process into the Assessments page, you’ll spend less time navigating between screens and now you'll be even more informed about which assessment to choose and when. ‍

Project Insights: track exposure at a project level

What's new: You can now link assessments directly to the projects they belong to. This update introduces a dedicated Projects page where you can create and manage project records. All assessments must now be assigned to a project, giving you a more structured and contextual view of your activity within Fiable.

What it means for you: Project Insights brings clarity and control to your assessments. By connecting assessments to projects, you gain better visibility into which projects carry the most risk and you now have a better way to group all assessments.

Summary Hub: benchmark your evaluations

What's new: This new page will display insight charts including:

• Total Value Assessed by you since joining Fiable
• Failure Rate of Fiable Assessments by Industry Group
• Failure Rate of Fiable Assessments by Contract Value
• Failure Rate of Fiable Assessments by Time Taken for Entities to Respond
• Fiable Assessment Performance (Pass Rate vs Fail Rate)

What it means for you: This new feature gives a clear, at-a-glance view of how your company is performing across Fiable's assessments. Use these insights to identify where your company is excelling, and surface patterns in assessment failures to strengthen your due diligence process.

Approval Gate: review your team's requests

What's new: A new workflow feature that allows you to add an approval step to assessment requests. When enabled, requests must be reviewed and approved by a designated Approver before being submitted. Approvers can either approve or reject requests, adding an extra layer of control to ensure only necessary assessments go out to subcontractors.

What it means for you: Approval Gate removes the need for internal forms and duplicate data entry. No more copying info between systems. Just a faster, cleaner way to get assessments approved, by having this happen all in the one Fiable platform. And, it also helps to reduce unnecessary submissions, and gives you tighter control over your assessment process.
