We know that life gets busy. You’re juggling multiple projects and contractors, and it’s not even 9am yet. Enter the duplicate assessment check, so you don’t have to keep tabs on absolutely everything.

Duplicate assessment check for peace of mind

This new  feature helps prevent duplicate assessments when placing orders on an already  assessed Vendor or Contractor.

This helps  reduce unnecessary repeat assessments, streamlines your ordering process and  improves the vendor experience.

A pop up notification you can’t miss

When entering  an ABN that has a previous assessment, you’ll see a warning popup displaying  the following:

• Entity details
• Assessment Subject
• The value the Entity was assessed against
• Assessment completion date
• Assessment outcome
• Original requesting user

You can then  open the previous assessment in a new tab to review the details. Based on  this information, you can decide if a new assessment request is required.

Good to know: The warning  popup only appears if you have permission to view the previous assessment,  based on your platform role within Fiable.

Assessment documents in one location, not everywhere

This new feature provides your team with better organisation and clarity around assessment documentation. Who doesn’t appreciate more organisation in their day-to-day?

Accessing Assessment Documents

• A new ‘Documents’ tab is now available with incompleted assessment cards.
• Located in your Fiable dashboard under ‘Assessments’ > ‘Completed’.

What you’ll love

• A new tooltip directing you to the Documents tab for further information about the documents.
• Clear document descriptions and their purpose.
• ‘Intended Audience’ and ‘Notes’ column indicate if documents can be shared with assessed entities.
